Overage Service Agreement

This agreement explains how the “Overage Service” works. By selecting “Agree and enable”,
you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms below.
1. Definitions
- Credits: the unified usage-based billing unit on the platform.

Overage Service: when your available Credits are insufficient, the platform may
continue providing service within an agreed overage limit.
- Overage Fees: fees incurred due to usage beyond available Credits.
2. Activation and Scope
- The Overage Service only takes effect after you explicitly enable it.

It applies to products and scenarios that support overage billing (as shown on the
product page or the enablement dialog).
3. Overage Limit and Ratio

The overage limit (Credits / USD) and ratio are those displayed in the enablement dialog.

Once the overage limit is reached, the platform may restrict further overage usage for
risk control and settlement purposes.
4. Settlement and Charges

Overage fees are typically charged together at the next subscription renewal / settlement
cycle (subject to what is displayed on the page).

If there are pending overage fees, you agree to follow the platform’s settlement flow to
complete payment/charges.

You understand that charge execution time may vary and may be retried according to
payment provider rules.
5. Refunds and Disputes
- Overage fees are generally non-refundable once incurred (unless required by law).

If you dispute any bill or charge, please contact support and provide order/billing
references for investigation.
6. Miscellaneous

The platform may update this agreement for compliance, risk control, or operational
reasons. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance.

This agreement works together with other platform policies. For overage-related matters,
specific overage rules prevail.
